CLASSIC MENORAH CANDLE HOLDER
The New Testament Book of Revelation refers to a mystery of seven golden lampstands representing seven churches . The messages to the seven churches from Jesus Christ found have at least four applications: (1) a local application to the specific cities and believers in the church; (2) to all the churches of all generations; (3) a prophetic application unveiling seven distinct phases of church history from the days of the apostle John until today; (4) a personal application to individual believers who have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying.
Symbolism
According to Clement of Alexandria and Philo Judaeus, the seven lamps of the golden menorah represented the seven classical planets in this order: the Moon, Mercury, Venus, the Sun, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn.

The menorah is described in the Bible as the seven-lamp (six branches) ancient Hebrew lampstand made of pure gold and used in the portable sanctuary set up by Moses in the wilderness and later in the Temple in Jerusalem. Fresh olive oil was burned daily to light its lamps. The menorah has been a symbol of Judaism since ancient times and is the emblem on the coat of arms of the modern state of Israel.

Lovely design, sturdy, great quality and it's heavy too. Love the size, but kind of difficult to find candles for it. But overall is really pretty.

Very very small. I thought it might still work being so small because it looked so cute in the photos. It's not very cute, the colors are not good or looks very very cheaply made.

Truly a beautiful piece, but does not have the correct number of branches for Hannukah. The seven brand menorah is meant only for temple use according to the Talmud.

This is such a beautiful menorah. In fact, it is so lovely I bought my best friend one. Yes, it is small but it is perfect and the details are so lovely. I am so happy with this purchase and so is my friend with her gift.I ordered mine and measured the space for the candle before I ordered candles. Thankfully I did because the most menorah candles are 0.5" wide which are too big for this menorah. This menorah is slightly smaller and so you will need to buy the 0.3" wide candles. You can find them here on Amazon...they come in a yellow box.

The picture is deceiving. It is a toy. Not a real life size Menorah! You can’t even put candles in it! A birthday candle is to big! Do not waist your money. I am extremely disappointed. Do not purchase!

Felt like I was taking a risk buying this, but it was a risk well rewarded :) The little flowers are a little more red than I would've preferred, but the rest is true to picture. A real hand-made feel to it, very pretty piece. A little smaller than we imagined, but that's perfect for us.
