These are good quality bolts. I accidentally bought them slightly too big and had to drill out the feet of the couch, but once I did that these worked perfectly

We have an expensive Natuzzi couch and loveseat that we purchased several years ago. The couch seating was very low and difficult for older folks to get up from. I decided to replace the button feet with something longer. After research, I determined the thread was M10x1.5. It's very difficult to find this thread size already installed in replacement feet. In the end, I purchased replacement feet at Home Depot, removed the existing SAE Hanger Bolts and installed these bolts. This worked perfectly after drilling a larger hole in the HD feet. Be sure to check your thread size, as not all M10 are the same thread! The lumber store has a metric thread checker.

These hanger bolts came and wow were we’re surprised. There was a middle section in between the two different threads. In that middle section it has two semi flat sides that make it super easy to install.

Had a plastic foot break on a La-Z-Boy sofa. Discovered that somehow I was sent a European spec sofa (American spec is 5/16" bolts). Bought some inexpensive wooden feet from the local hardware store, and replaced the 5/16" hanger bolts with these M10 hanger bolts. Worked perfectly. The flat spots in the shank between the coarse and fine threads make it easy to get a wrench on it to tighten them down. Wish they had 4-packs instead of having to buy 8.

Allowed me to add new feet to my European couch! Swapped out the 3/8" bolts, bore new holes and screwed these in with a power drill. Worked splendidly. Note: these are true M10 hanger bolts.

I was hesitant to order because i saw different info about whether these were actually M10 or 3/8. When the box arrived a few minutes ago, it is labeled 3/8" on the outside. I sized them, and they are indeed 3/8" instead of M10. I wish I had spent more money to get the correct item. I have to use these tomorrow, else I would return. They will work "well enough", but my parts will be a little loose.
