I've had these on my boat cover for about a month and they are generally holding up well. I had to replace one where the side ripped out of it as seen in the photo attached. Other than that, they are working well and the clamps hold onto the tarp very well, even in windy weather.

Need a gravity type solution for holding a covering in place? This easily takes care of that need. Simply fill the plastic bags with some sand and place into the canvas bags then clip onto your tarp or covering of choice. I'm using mine to keep a sun cloth in place on a greenhouse, working great for that. Would recommend.

A quality product at a fair price. Gets the job done as intended. Use mine to weight down a boat tarp.

The bags were durable. Would have liked them to come with a waterproof bag to hold the sand. I used ziplock bags. Worth the money.

I thought these would be garbage but I was so wrong. For openers I thought this "600D Marine Grade" business was just marketing nonsense but it turns out it IS a poly fabric that's UV resistant and "marine grade." I stand corrected. The hook and loop (Velcro style) closure is old school and will not wear out nor come apart. 100% solid. The stitching really IS fantastic. The sides are reinforced. The cross-stitching at the hanger strap attachment is the real thing, not some flimsy thing for show.Other reviews report that the strap clip is wonky. I thought so, too, at first. I thought it would be fine around a 2" diameter pipe, but that the equal length strap webbing leaving the clips at the top of whatever you were attaching to was a design flaw. I kept at it fiddling until I realized that one of the clip on one of the two straps is ADJUSTABLE - so you can rest assured you can have equal weight bearing on both sides of of the pocket. See pictures.I put 4.5 lbs of sand in the accompanying bag, and here is my only complaint. That plastic bag is too flimsy. It started leaking sand right away. I put it in a Gallon sized Zip Lock bag. Done.I was VERY pleased to find that the bag hung well and seems totally sturdy and long lasting.I am going to use these primarily to weigh down microphone stands. I can now fully extend a 33" boom arm WITH a 13" gooseneck on the end bent down to create a great drummer microphone stand over the shoulder completely out of the way and the drummer can frantically push the mic out of the way when he/she wants without my freaking out that the stand is going to tip over. Also now I can weigh down stands I might place in the audience with a camera without worrying about people bumping into it. Let them. It won't tip over. But already I'm realizing I can use these for ballast on some weird tarp situations I have around the house, and because of the UV protection I can leave them out there all year. I will also be using the clamping clips on a canvas tarp to grab some extra support where there are no grommets. BONUS.I also like the cute little triangular carabiners.I am totally stoked. These should last a LONG time. They would not endure professional film location abuse, but they will do just fine for my seasonal audio engineering gigs.

Fast shipping…strong as I loaded with rocks to weight down a Jeep roof lift so it will drip when empty.
