I purchased a headboard and footboard at a ReStore, but side rails weren't included. after buying the lumber to build the side rails, I purchased heavier screws at a local hardware store. The provided screws were a little skimpy, so I wanted to be sure they didn't pull out when guests used the bed. The brackets are sufficient to hold up the mattress & box spring .

In planning for my home reservation renovations I'm finding some interesting items from local liquidators. In this case I found a very nice new full size bed for an extremely good price. It was noted that bed was missing 4 items - which happened to be the 4 rail brackets. When checking at the local hardware store I found the price for replacement brackets to be significantly more than these brackets that I found on Amazon. This was a good deal!

I was trying to build a small extension onto something I was working with. Being able to install and replace the item was going to be a great advantage. I got these to achieve that. Yellow zinc coated brackets and screws should allow for good durability even in some poor environments. The individual pieces seem to be made consistently. There are two "left hand" and two "right hand" "L" brackets. The other four "pegged" bracket are seemingly identical and can be used interchangeably. Good value!

These are a set of four very heavy duty brackets that are fastened to the corners of a bed frame, and then can be just fitted together with slots and then tightened down with provided bolts. This set up makes it much easier to assemble the frame, and they fit together easily and hold securely once in place and tightened. The bolts to hold the brackets together are excellent, but you may need different screws for attaching to the wood depending on your application and required size and length. I used these to hold together the side rails that surround my mattress on an underdresser platform bed frame. I changed mattress size from a Cal King to a standard King size, and that required me to change my side rails to different lengths. Since the simple L-brackets I had were a pain in the rear to put the sides together with when working alone, I ordered these brackets when I saw them available. These work perfectly, and are more than strong enough to do the job. This is a well thought out, well manufactured product, and the price is just great. 5 Stars!

Needed to replace a siderail that had cracked on an older bed frame, so why not replace the hardware too, just in case?I used this set on an older wood frame and it seems just as stable as the original set from the factory. Heavy metal, square, and a good amount of tolerance that the pieces are snug, but not too tight.I did end up using larger screws I had around since I wasn't sure about the included ones for attaching the brackets to the wood frame, but you could probably do it without issue (I was just over engineering).

These make great brackets for building shelves that you need to take down.I also use the shelves as work tables I can move around. So double duty and nice and strong too.Shipped and arrived quickly.
