Mostly hooks, no lures. This kit will not get you fishing ready. Lid clamp feels cheap as though it could let loose and spill the 80 hooks in the kit. Bobbers either broke, bend or won't hold the line.. Wish we spent a bit more to get something to get us fishing ready.It's nice that there is a"boy and girl" color., but this will probably end up getting repurposed as a craft/ crayon box.

We went camping in October and needed a tackle box for the kids. Searched and this one came up, highly recommended. It came with a ton of pieces but everything you need for a beginner box. My girls are 7 and 4 and this was perfect for their first trip.

I purchased this tackle box for my 4-year old son. He asked to be a fisherman for Halloween this year, and I realized he didn't even have his own tackle box yet, so, we searched and found this model. It's a nice size for a kid. I think the quality is just fine. It will be great to go along with his costume and for his real-life fishing trips!The one down side was that my son chose the green model, but we received a box that is black with a bright yellow/greenish lid. My son didn't mind, though, and as a matter of fact, his exact words were "This thing is AWESOME!"Great little tackle box if you aren't wanting a Paw Patrol or Barbie-themed box. Just be aware that you may not receive the correct color.
