At first I was afraid the clips would make noise... However in operation I can't hear them and bolts have not backed out.They can be difficult and time consuming to install. Alternatively, vibra-tite 2000 degree + a bolt or stud may also work with less hassle however, mechanical locks rarely fail.... so which approach is best is a bit debatable.

It only comes with the bolts themselves, no other hardware. No clips, or retainer… feel ripped off… bolts seem quality though

If you have ever installed a set of header bolts you know you did it once and you never want to do it again.These lockers are the answer. Header Bolts are notorious for loosening over time. These bolt locks will not allow that to happen. Cheap...no. worth it....yes....
