I ordered this part after attempting to trace down an issue with starting my Grasshopper mower. I was sure this was the issue and was disappointed when I received the part and installed it and it still wouldn't start. After several other attempts at tracing the issue (buying other parts including a starter) I took the mower to a small engine repair shop. I don't have a trailer so trying to fix things myself is my first option always. The manager of the shop took a power probe to trace current to parts. Everything checked ok. He asked about this relay switch which I told him was brand new. He took it off and took it to a bench tester and it showed as bad. He was even thrown off track by me telling him it was a new part. He ultimately kept the mower for his mechanic to look at. Ultimately, after not being able to find any other issue, they went to the parts store and purchased another relay switch which worked. All of this, because the part sent to me was bad. Very frustrating.

I was super stressin' when my RV Macerator pump didn't work when I took it to the sewage plant. I heard a click coming from the relay, and then found this replacement here on Amazon. It shipped quickly, and fortunately it resolved my RV macerator pump issue. I'm a happy camper.
