Please be aware that this prop saver will dramatically affect your speed. I lost 5 mph on my boat. I would return it but I’ve already installed and you have to drill holes in it to do so and they won’t accept it back.

Made of plastic but should keep the downrigger and trolling lines out of the prop on my kicker motor. The one thing I did notice is the measurements shown in the diagram on-line leave a lot if guesswork. Due to the geometry difference between motor brands, fitment may drive some reorder and Amazon returns to find the right size.

bought the 9" model, but the dimension that shows 9" in the photo description (top of unit to bottom) is in fact a bit over 10.1". I will be returning. Accurate descriptions please!
