Easy to install and works very well. Computer’s battery level is night and day. Had all screwdrivers included. Might have needed a Philips head too, not sure.

The battery was easy to install and worked fine at first, but after just six months of very light use (only a couple of times per week), it no longer holds a charge. Given how little I use my laptop, I expected it to last much longer. Conveniently, the return window just expired, so now I’m stuck with a faulty battery. Not recommended.

It is nice that the required tools are included. A very easy install in my Dell XSP 15 9570. Took about 10 minutes.The battery runs for quite a bit longer than I expected. I often get 5 to 6 hours of use from it.

The original battery in my Dell laptop held a charge, but was swelling so bad to where it was pushing my touchpad up. I installed the new battery without any problems, cleaned the laptop of dust and put it back together. Laptop works like new and the new battery is keeping its charge, and lasts for hours. Highly recommend.
