Pup chewed the cord on my power recliner. Ordered this, and it works!! Easy to install, used my own cabling/zip ties to attach to the base. Now I know if this happens again, that I have an easy replacement.

Here the problem with the cruise line we go on: they don't allow you to bring extension cords.There is usually only one outlet in a cabin, and it is not near the bed. The solution is to use an extension cord. But, for safety reasons, the cruise ship does not want you to use an extension cord, so you have to get them to supply one. And they do at no charge, but it you will get one of those industrial orange extension cords that will be WAY longer than you need.Plus, what happens if they cannot find an extension cord for you? Then you are spending the first few hours of your vacation waiting in line at guest services trying to get one!So, by purchasing a long power cord I solved this problem.Tip: Use magnetic hooks and you can route the cord on the ceiling so that you do not have a tripping hazard.

Using this power cord for my wall mounted projector. Good quality and value for money. Make sure your device is not polarized. Choose the required length cord from available options.Cons:Comes with small zip ties. Would have been better if adhesive Cord Clips replace few zip ties.

I have a Vizio subwoofer that's on the opposite end of an "L" couch from where the power is. Instead of having a ridiculous extension cord into the official power cord, I got this. Fits perfectly, and looks much nicer (plus it's the perfect length). For the price, can't beat it. Seems well constructed too.
