This was well put together but was just way to big for my service dogs vest I will have to come up with another plan but if you have big dog as a service animal then it should fit fine ours is a smaller dog the runt of the group but still super smart lol

The pouch is attached to the Velcro securely and the cards inside haven't gotten wet yet in the few months I've had it

Good fit for most service animal documents like ID cards, ADA service dog docs, picture ID, USSDR ID, etc.

It will hold Boomer's service dog card and attach to the outside of his vest.

It may not seem like a big deal but my Service Dog Vet comes with the "female" type velcro. I didn't think much about it at the time. But several other pouches I ordered also came with female velcro. ?????? So I had to spend hours finding male velcro, cutting to size and gluing and sewing the male velcro to the pouches for them to adhere to the female velcro on the Vest. For folks with disabilities this isn't fun...This envelope was apparently designed by people that know what the heck they are doing as it came with the "male" velcro. Thus it immediately attached to the Vest!!!Bless you for thinking this through and designing an attachment that works out of the box. The flexible plastic envelope is a heavy duty mil plastic so no worries about this splitting or cracking IMO. "Zipper" closure works just fine and fits the plastic ID tag along with a small ring attached to the ID card.I LOVE things that are designed well. I didn't have to spend my time, more money and work around my disabilities to get this thing to work properly. Now if other manufacturers and designs thought things through like this company did and attached the male side of the velcro rather than the female, I wouldn't have glue all over the pouches I need to attach to the Service Vest. Modified pouches will work, eventually, but won't look too great. It was such a pleasure to see an item with male velcro - heavy duty velcro - that worked instantly. Good work designers!
