It was shipped without a box and only thin plastic around it. The corners were bent, looks awful!

I understood the product could be installed directly into a hole cut in the drywall. This is not the case. Framing of the hole is required to accept the screws meant to attach the unit. I cannot do this myself.

This works perfectly and is a good value for the price. However, the first time I ordered it it came from "Factory Depot". Awful packaging to where it was beat and dented when it arrived. Sent back and reordered from a different supplier (for 15 dollars more) and it arrived perfect. Really like the product.

Item showed up in a torn box and product is dented. All 4 corners are bent. Unacceptable. These are supposed to be flat and go on a flat surface.
