Addi's are the best. Have many sets and they never disappoint. I even have the click set. Yes the are more expensive than others but they well worth it. They are my first choice for all knitting projects.

Good quality circular needle for knitting circular things, you can knit other things with it. doesn't catch the wool. Only used it once for one garment, a dog jumper. But it performed well.

These are the most incredible knitting needles! For about six years, I have owned the Denise Interchangeable knitting needles, and with them, my knitting turned a corner as I learned how to knit just about anything on them. I often struggled with the cables though, as they were not very flexible when I tried to do 'Magic Loop" knitting. Also, the connection would break in the cable leaving the vulnerability of the yarn getting stuck. Then I saw Takumi Interchangeable needles, and my knitting went up a notch. These had much more flexible cables and light smooth knitting. They were a bit sticky though with some yarns and so I would fall back on my Denise needles. I had read so much recently about the top of the line knitting needles from addi, and finally splurged for my Birthday. I bought the addi Turbo Sock Rockets circular needles. Immediately I knew why these had been given such high ratings by others. They just glided in my hands, and I found I could knit so much faster than I ever had! The sharper tips made the lace knitting techniques so much simpler too as they easily lifted the stitches, poked thru them, etc. The cable too between the needles is so flexible too, perfect for doing "Magic Loop"! So much smoother knitting, and more enjoyable all around to knit with! These are definitely my favorite knitting needles to date! Looking forward to growing my knitting collection with more addi needles!

Well this is not Jason :-) but I'm the knitter. This was kind of a test the waters purchase, and lo and behold I loved these so much that I bit the bullet and ordered the full set of long lace clicks ($127). The needles themselves seem to be very sturdy, high quality, nice and slick which is great if you're a tight knitter like me or just want faster results. I know a few reviewers have commented on less than seamless joins. I have noticed that when my stitches get caught on the base of the needle, it is usually because I am doing magic loop and they got pulled a little tight at the end until they were too small to slide onto the needle without some tugging. That is just my experience. And yes, the very flexible blue cord can definitely kink, but you just have to be careful with it. In any case, these are super slick, super sick, perfect point for most things, and make my stitches slide right off the needle and my knitting go about twice as fast as with the knockoffs - and that is what matters to me!
