Our Mango & Lychee blend is perfect for green tea lovers looking for a bolder brew. We bring together the exotic flavors of sweet mango and ripe lychee to give you a taste of tropical bliss. To create this blend, our Tea Masters start with a base of fine green teas from China’s Jiangxi, Anhui and Zhejiang provinces. Ahmad Tea was built upon the quality of teas that it produces and has accepted 22 Great Taste Awards.
- Ingredients - Green tea, Mango & lychee flavoring, Mango, Lychee.

I just happened upon this brand of teas when browsing for new and different teas to try. I've been drinking flavoured green teas by other brands for many years and found them just fine but if this flavour, the Green Tea with Mango and Lychee is anything to go by, I feel that this brand probably outshines the others in terms of flavour and quality. There is no bitterness to the green tea, even if brewed for longer periods of time, and it retains the delicate, light and fresh flavour of a great green tea whilst also having very slight hints of earthy nuttiness. The mango and lychee are so well-balanced and add a bold brightness to the taste. Again, there is no bitterness or tart flavour and no sense of this tasting synthetic as some flavoured blends can.I really enjoy this bright, fruity green tea and I would highly recommend it. It has certainly made me want to try other blends by Ahmad Tea. Obviously, if you aren't a fan of mango, then this one won't be for you but if you can find a flavour you do enjoy, then it may be worth trying one of those.

We have bought Bigelow Mango Green tea in the past and thought we would give this a try, especially with the Lychee flavor added. We have eaten whole Lychee nuts before, so we are familiar with the taste. Sadly, my wife and I agree the flavor is barely evident. Sorry but Bigelow beats this for true flavor.

Edit: this was $6.99 when I bought it and now it’s $11.15. Very disappointed that they increased the price after my review.This might sound weird, but I am extremely passionate about this tea! It’s everything I ever wanted in a tea and more. I had mango green tea at a friend’s house and became obsessed with it, so I checked Amazon to see if I could find the same one for myself. I came across this tea that had not only mango, but LYCHEE as well! I love lychee and would never have expected to find a lychee flavoured tea. This tea combines my two favourite fruit flavours in it and for that I am so thankful! I always have this tea with a generous amount of honey. Mmmm!

It didn't meet my expectations in terms of fruitiness. Normally I drink a pineapple lychee hibiskus tea from republic of tea which is more remarkable. My initial take on fruit tea stems from Teekanne früchten Tee. An herbal tea would be more flavorful. It is a subtle flavor that comes with this type of green tea. You do get the benefits of green tea hopefully.
