It seems to be working just fine. The design is pretty good. The little display that shows how much time left in the drying cycle just makes it looks a little cheap. It is about 1/3 the price of the dyson and works just as well I knew there had to be a compromise somewhere.

The owners of the company wanted to be able to cut back on the use of hand towels so we ended up buying these hand dryer -- one for the men's, one for the ladies' -- rooms. They are efficient and effective. The only thing is, the height suggested may be for Asian people (since they are made in China). You may want the unit raised an inch or two or three!
