I was ready to bite the bullet and buy an "out-of-this-world" holster because it had the neoprene back to prevent the tang from digging into my side with my IWB holster. I found this instead and I'm ecstatic with how well it works. It was a fraction of the price of an "extra terrestrial" holster. No more tang bruises.

I’ve been using this AIWB/IWB holster for my Glock 19, and it has exceeded my expectations in both comfort and concealment. Carrying a compact handgun like the G19 can be tricky, especially in the appendix position, but this holster’s soft foam backer and padded wedge make a huge difference in comfort and concealability.Pros:✅ Comfortable for All-Day Carry: The foam backer prevents any hard plastic from digging into my body, making AIWB carry much more bearable, even while sitting.✅ Soft Wedge Helps Concealment: The built-in wedge helps tuck the grip closer to my body, reducing printing significantly. This is a huge plus for carrying in lighter clothing.✅ Adjustable Padding: I like that it comes with two thickness options, allowing for a customized fit based on comfort and carry position.✅ Good Retention & Secure Fit: The holster holds my Glock 19 snugly, and the clip has a strong grip on my belt, preventing any shifting throughout the day.✅ Quality Materials: The stitching and materials feel durable, and it’s clear this holster was designed with comfort and practicality in mind.Cons:- Not Ideal for Rapid Reholstering: Since this holster prioritizes comfort, reholstering isn’t as fast or smooth as a rigid Kydex holster. However, that’s a trade-off I’m willing to accept for AIWB comfort.- Clip Could Be Stronger: The clip holds well, but a metal clip option would add even more security.Final Verdict:This is an excellent AIWB/IWB holster for Glock 19 users who prioritize comfort and concealability. The foam backer and wedge make a noticeable difference, especially for those who carry appendix daily. Highly recommended for EDC!

The comfort of the pad was good for me. Noticeable when you use it on the body side of a Kydex holster.Bottom line, the value is good due to getting 2 foam backers with the Velcro attached. It’s easy to trim these to fit. I would recommend the full size for the best function. This will give you the most options for a good placement.For me, they don’t work as good as I had hoped. I carry a Glock 22 or Beretta 92 everyday IWB. So the full size was right for me. The build quality is ok, but I am fully dressed when I then attach my holster. The pad wants to catch on everything and also come off as I this to get it inside my waistband.If you attach the holster before you buckle the belt or pants, I would highly recommend these. The comfort is worth it.

Definitely a carry upgrade, offers great comfort for concealed carry. However, the 3 layers of material are separating at the very edges after one month of daily use. Might not cause an issue, but time will tell. BUT for $20 for a 2 pack it’s not a huge deal to replace it every year or two if it makes it that long.

All I can say is wow, these make a tremendous difference for IWB carry. Super comfortable, you know something is in your waistband but it makes a compact feel like an iPhone. The quality is okay, I am sure these pads will not last an exceptionally long time, but at the price, I could justify buying new ones every year or every other year.
