My 8+ year old Brother printer is printing beautifully now that I replaced the drum with this. Cleaning my old one was not working.

I have a brother 2280, the drum had failed. I replaced it with this one and it worked immediately. I’ve been using it for at least a month with No problems, No complaints. Print quality is Normal. Great value, fits my brother Printer With no rejection.

It is cheep it seems inconceivable that they can't do a better job with instructions.

Since my printer was not printing at all without a new drum, this allowed me to begin printing again. However, it does not allow for a clean print as there are reflections and duplicate lines/words shadowed in the background of the desired print.It was easy to install and was not as costly as the name brand, but due to the lack of print quality, I will most likely need to purchase another drum elsewhere.
