Absolutely loved this tub filler! The quality was way better than expected. Packaging was fantastic. Everything was there, nothing damaged, no missing parts! Unfortunately it wouldn’t work with our slab foundation. Even though I read it’s compatible for concrete installation, my plumber said it wouldn’t work. Customer service was amazing and communicated with me every step of the way. I would definitely use this company again!

Purchased the bathtub faucet for a bathroom renovation and I am very pleased with the quality and the design. The original one arrived with a small dimple (probably happened during shipping) and I requested a replacement. I received a replacement in a matter of days.. Great customer service! I highly recommend this product.

Bought this to go with our recent master bathroom remodel and very pleased! Easy to install (although we did buy extra hose connectors due to length). Seamless design, great water pressure, and wand is comfortable to grip. Highly recommend!

After the installation of the faucet there was a small leak at the spout for the tub fill. I will say they have good customer service. We emailed the address in the installation book and the problem was solved within a week.Thanks for a good product and good service after the sale.

It looks nice and it works well. Love the hand sprayer. However, although the base is solidly installed and doesn't move at all, the body of it shifts/squeaks when using it, which is annoying. Would rank 5 stars if that weren't the case.
