Heads up. Two things. FIRST: It is a waste of money to fork out$600 for four 1TB PCIe5 high-speed SSDs and the cost of this adapter card if the RAIDApert2 drivers won't load into Windows 11. The whole point of the card is to establish the operating system on a RAID 10 array with a hot spare in one of the motherboard NVMe slots. The drivers won't install from the Microsoft store. And the motherboard pre-install drivers are an executable. A .exe is not used in the pre-installation. (Asus is selling their adapter at more than 50% discount. Suspect Asus is trying to offload useless inventory.) SECOND: See Pic with the red circle. If your motherboard has fancy molding on the backside of the PCIe x16 slot the Card won't seat. Their lower screw head gets in the way making the adapter unusable on that motherboard. Finally, I wanted to get a good performance boost moving to the PCIE5 motherboard and PCIE5 RAM, NVMe SSD's, and AMD 7950 X3D CPU. RAIDXpert2 drivers worked on PCIE4 spec equipment. Someone needs to get these PCIE5 RAIDXpert2 drivers resolved quickly, in my view. Disgruntled and poorer.

Bought one for my Aorus motherboard and installed 4 x 2tb Gen5 SSDs and with one click had a fast RAID 1 array of 8 tb. Simple installation with just one downloadable app. Drives are easy to mount and the board is a short and not too thick simple install on my motherboard. Does not run hot, either.
