This light kit plugs into any spare receiver channel, or inline with another channel if there are no spare slots open on your receiver (a Y-Harness required, not included). No additional batteries required. To install simply drill a hole in the body, pop the LED holder in, and put the LED in the holder. Will work on almost any 1/18 or 1/10 Scale car, truck, or buggy.

Was sceptical at first. But it was just as described. Very Bright. And with a body leamer you can make the holes easily. Very pleased so far. Will update and see how long they last. And I didn't have to buy an adapter either . Plugged right into the empty spot on my transmitter

Really easy to install: plug into free channel, drill holes and secure wires/lights. I put them on my Traxxas 1/10 Bigfoot and bashed around for a bit with no issues/nothing coming loose. My only issue was a missing metal housing but they are taking care of it. The lights are nice and bright, I am thinking of getting another set to add to a crawler to complement my light bar.

These are awesome little head and taillights!! Installed in about 10 minutes (would have been much quicker for most vehicles, but mine is a bit of a pain.) Just plug it in, run the wires, be sure to tape them up out of the way where no moving parts can come in contact with the wires, drill the mounting holes, pop off the buckets (they just pull straight off the LED), mount them in the body, stick the LED in the back, and then you really need to glue them into the buckets to keep them from falling out. And finally, if your receiver is like mine and in a tough spot to get to, I strongly recommend buying some quick release wire connections and splice them into the lines to make your body easier to remove.

I installed these on my axial Capra, wires were a little long but nothing a zip tie can’t fix! They Work so well I have had at lease 3 other friends buy a set of lights for their rigs! Great product, I’d buy then again!

Nice light kit!! Works extremely well and lights up very bright! The headlights are really bright they light up at night very good! Easy to install! The bevel screws in to hold lights in place very tight!Works perfect on my 2wd Traxxas Slash!

Looks great good got it all figured out but they should warn you that there is no disconnect outside the reciever box if you have a water proof box.... so I am having to purchase a receiver wire splitter to get the final connect outside the box for easy disconnect. No this will not plug into the esc plug that plug is disigned around traxxas cooling fans. You could possibly intergrate a switch but I like my set up clean and less to deal with plug and play. Made sure they worked before I did all that now just waiting on make to female plug. Looks great on and off!!! Hope they hold up!

if you are mounting these into a lexan body do NOT use the lock rings given for the nut or your paint will be scraped off :-( lights are very bright but you really need to jam them tight inside the stainless bezels or they point in different directions and it looks like crap. still recommended for the price!
