I tested these parking senors right out of the box before I installed them. The resistant reading varied between 38K and 43K and eventually settled on 40K ohms.I installed all 4 sensors and now my parking assist works as it is supposed too.Installation was simple. The only issue was installing the sensors into the holders. It was a tight fit. I had to use a flat head screw drive to assist in pushing them in.NOTE: There are clear gaskets that are installed and included with the sensors. At first look there appeared to be no rubber gasket so I used the old ones from the bad sensors only to find that the gaskets would keep falling off and impossible to install the sensors into the sensor's holders. Once I figured that out, installing the senors into the holders just required the screw driver as described above.
