Worked for a week now all of the functions work intermittently.

It worked well for 2 days. On the second day the left turn signal stopped working. I replace it with my original part and everything worked perfectly (expect that it doesn't reset after making a turn, which is why I bought this part). I suspect a faulty electrical issue. I should have stuck with OEM.

This stopped working intermittently after less than 4 months. Save yourself the hassle and buy the more expensive Mazda one on the first go.
