Super easy to install and now my Frontier has automatic headlights. It’s not quite as smooth of motion as my original one but it works quite well. Would definitely recommend

Installed on a 2018 Nissan Frontier SV CCLB 4X4 without auto headlight turn off. You need to have the little round black daylight sensor on the dashboard. Working great so far.

I have a 2019 Nissan frontier that did not have the automatic headlight feature on the original turn signal switch. This piece allowed me to add automatic headlights to my frontier since it was already wired for it. The installation was easy, it took around 10 minutes and only requires a Phillips head screwdriver. The switch feels like a quality piece although it is a bit stiff compared to my old one but it operates without a issue.

Worked well for a couple months. Now, left turns often won't auto-cancel

A couple of years ago I installed aftermarket fog lights in my 2012 Nissan Frontier, and the other part I needed was a multi-switch with a fog light switch. There were (at the time) at least 10 different brands available on Amazon. They all looked identical, but ranged in price from $17 to $40. I read through the questions and reviews for more than a few of them, and finally pulled the plug on one of the more expensive brands. It worked fine for the fog lights, but from day one would not reset after completing a left turn. I sorta got used to it, but after 18 months of use the turn signal switch became so loose that even a slight bump would activate a turn signal or go from right turn to left. That got old very quick, and about a week ago I decided to try ordering a new multi-switch from this company because I have had nothing but good experiences with their parts and have ordered quite a few different parts from them over the past few years. For those who have never had to replace this part on their Frontier or other Nissan vehicles, it is perhaps the easiest part to install and takes only a minute or two. The difference in quality and function was immediately apparent. The new switch had a crisp and bilaterally equal break for indicating both left and right turns. It also consistently reset after completing turns in either direction, and all of the lighting switches (fogs included) worked perfectly. Unlike the OEM or first aftermarket switch, this one also came with an “automatic” light function which also worked flawlessly. Perhaps the best part of this experience for me was that this aftermarket multi-switch is one of the lowest priced options available on Amazon and it it cost me less than $20. If you are looking for a replacement multi-switch for your vehicle (especially if you own a Nissan Frontier) this is the brand you need to get. 5+ stars for all measures! I only wish I would have purchased this item 2-years ago!

Happened across a YouTube video in which a guy swapped out a standard headlight control lever with one that has an auto setting and it worked so I thought I would give it a try for a used 2013 Frontier I recently purchased. Took about five minutes to remove the old one and put this on (three screws on the steering column) and put everything back together. What do ya know, it does work. I now have automatic headlights! Didn't think I needed the feature when I bought the truck but you get used to the little things and when they're gone, you really miss the convenience. I would never buy a new car but I imagine they charge you several hundred dollars (at least) to "add" this feature to your car.
