Love these!! They allow me to wear all the shoes I own without foot pain. I need arch support or get terrrible foot pain and these have completely got rid of my foot pain!!

So, these are as described and I love that they have 2 different heights of arch support. I bought a 2 pack, one for my self and one for my son to use inside his athletic shoes. My son tried them, but did not like them. We do have other inserts for his shoes for arch support...but some of them make his shoes feel too tight. I thought this might be a great option....but not so much. I was hoping to use the arch support with my sandals that I wear to church, but the strap is too wide. I was hoping that since it was skin color it would blend in more. I kept it because I do feel it is a good product, just need to find the right type of shoes to use it for, since I already have full inserts in my work and regular shoes. I will update how they are if I find the right use.

I love this product by ZAIWOO, it help relieve the pain on my heel and knees tremendously. I can feel the arc on both my feet forming. I also like the fact that I can wash it before I sleep and it will be ready for me again when I wake up. Overall, great product, it does its job well and well worth the money. I can’t wait to buy one for my sister!

Two sets of non-slip arch cushions that can be removed and are of varying heights are included in this product, which is one of the most notable characteristics that sets it apart from other similar products. Because of this adaptability, I am able to effortlessly switch between the pads depending on the severity of the pain in my feet or the kind of activity that I am participating in. This has been a lifesaver for me on several occasions. It doesn't matter whether I have high arches or flat feet; these supports have got me covered in either case. When I first put these arch supports into my shoes, it felt like a weight had been taken off of my feet. I was able to walk without any discomfort. My arches were cradled in a manner that alleviated the strain and stress that I had been used to as a result of the meticulously crafted shapes and padding that gave the ideal blend of support and relaxation.

My plantar fasciitis came back out of nowhere for the first time in years, with a vengeance. I tried various compression socks and arch supports and nothing worked. I only bought these because they had the straps and the description said they can be worn in shoes. This is the ONLY thing I have had any success with. I have skinny feet so the straps keep them in place and they stay in place well enough, and are comfortable enough, that I can wear them around the house barefoot and move fairly normally. As far as wearing them in shoes, you can wear them inside of loose shoes. I can get them in my garden clogs.

It would be cheaper and possible less painful if you would ball a sock and put it in your sock where the arch is. I wore this contraption for 30 min and couldn’t walk anymore as it caused cramps.

It stays on well while doing chores around the house and provides arch support without bulk. Easy to use once you figure out the placement of pads that feels comfortable on YOUR foot. A little play may be required.

I bought these supports because I am very flat footed and my feet have been hurting from standing all day wearing unsupportive shoes. They work well for wearing flip flops and she sandals but wouldn’t feel good in a regular shoe. I can tell that my feet are a little less sore when I wear them but nothing astronomical.
