I would definitely get that the newer ones next time the thicker ones are quite bulky, not used to that much our support

These were just what I needed for my dress shoes. I have a business casual job and during the warmer months my shoes become more open to match the lighter weight clothing. Many of my shoes are open toe and aren't suitable for full insoles. Insoles can also make these types of shoes fit too tight. These are a better solution than I'd expected. It's amazing how much difference in comfort there is with just this small arch support. I love that I can just take them out and put them in other shoes as needed. They are very good quality

The shoe insoles are difficult to use. I am not sure if they are too small or what. There are no directions on the packaging. I will keep trying because they are feel and seem like they will help if I can only adjust to the proper position.

These insoles have helped my arch feel more supported and they even seem to diminish some hip pain I’ve experienced for several years! I wasn’t sure I’d like them at first because they felt strangely lumpy inside my shoe, but I pushed through and kept wearing them and I no longer notice the lumpy feel. They give great arch support and I highly recommend them!
