This container has a seam running across the bottom. It started leaking less than 6 weeks after I started using it and I had to throw it away.

I make tea by the gallon with gallon tea bags.This jug is perfect for that. The integrated handle makes the jug balanced, and this design takes up the least amount of space on the top shelf of the refrigerator.I have had no problems with the lid leaking.I am very happy with this purchase.

Good quality USA made plastic jug. Have ordered 4 and only one I had to twist the cap on past center to make it tight making the pour hole off centered. Needs a rubber seal to prevent leakage.

I like the design especially the handle but I've had 3 recent purchases leak. A problem with the molding seams process?

Pros: Shape, large handle, BPA Free. I also love the top how it's multi-open. Customer Service is nice, generous, and quick to respond.Cons: When completely closed and sat on its side filled with liquid it leaks from the cap.I took this up with the seller and they immediately got back to me saying the issue will be handled with quality control so it should not be a problem going forward.

This has been really useful for us. Its square design is perfect for fitting in the cooler and has allowed us to have lots of cold water on camping, road trips, at the beach, etc. It does leak from the cap if kept on its side, but kept upright it's perfect.
