I’m not an audio engineer, therefore not qualified to properly install it. User guide is, essentially, a picture book, very sparse verbal data. I shouldn’t have ordered it. I can’t blame Amazon. Audio-Technical should have included the necessary tools for installation. If old technology is being resurrected - well, you can guess the rest….

I bought this specifically to play my old 1950s-1960s MONO LPs....one really benefits from using a CONICAL needle for those old records. I didn't want a dedicated MONO cartridge, as I also have quite a few stereo 45s that also sound best on a conical needle. This cart is the perfect compromise. I'm a week into using this cartridge, and it sounds great. 45s sound great too, in stereo and mono. Recommended.

A high quality upgrade over the cheaper cartridge/stylus options on the AT LP-120 USB and related turntable options. I installed it myself and took it to a hifi shop for adjustment. Many shops and even some record shops will do this for free or just a few bucks. The sound is much better than the 95 series that comes stock with the LP-120 series. The cartridge also allows for a variety of stylus upgrades in the future.
