I used to only use these for my overheads and on my rides... then I tried on out as a secondary snare microphone.... long story short, I'm buying another one now :)

Using this as the final piece of a fully miked drum kit. Using 2 ADX51's as overheads, and one as a hi-hat mic. Great sound out of the box.

I absolutely love this mic! I have a completely drum mic kit and wanted to add a mic to my high-hat so I purchased this unit (which matches my overhead mics). This mic uses phantom power so make sure your sound board supports it. Once it's plugged in, the sound is incredible. The high's are crisp and extremely clear, no matter what symbol-type application you are using it for.

good all around mic for group vocals to instruments... mics drums well from a distance and also is great with harps guitars and other instruments. It's a little touchy at first, but once you get it dialed in the sound quality is great

Fantastic product takes some time to settle into the PA system and room but once it's set superb quality. I would highly recommend for tabla players.
