The unit was supposed to fit my application, it plugged in but did not function. I was able to find a known good unit to prove my wiring repair and the seat heating element was ok. Return initiated.

The module was a direct fit, plug in and go. Half the price of others online, easy choice.

When I first installed the module, it worked for the AC but not the heat. Then it stopped working for the AC and then it would work again. Not sure if its defective or if something else is wrong in the truck. I will be sending it back. BTW, I called Ford and they do not need to program it to make it work. Guy I spoke to said unplug old one and plug in new one. Thats what I did.

This is awesome I've been fighting my heated/cooled seat for a while couldn't figure out what the issue was. I had the wrong part these modules are programmed different ways for the turn on method whether you have a physical button or for a touch screen icon button. This item does say touch method in the description and that's why I bought it. The module I had before must of been for a physical button turn on which I don't have. I'm not sure if this module does both but it does work for the touch turn on

installed by Ford tech, wired properly car would not recognize the part. Wrong part? Broken? who knows will take the loss

2016 Edge with air cooled/heated seats. The seats would shut off after like 20-30 seconds and not turn on again until you turn the car off.This has fixed that. Hopefully it lasts

I had a burned ground connection for the heated/AC seats in my 2016 F-150 Platinum. I replaced the module and wiring harness. Save $2900 from what the dealer quoted me to fix the issue.

Worked perfect was easy to replace and the own part from Ford was about 6 times as much.
