Great purchase. I love this automatic feeder. I can manage my cats food intake with the camera when I am not home. It’s easy to set up and holds almost a full bag of cat food.

Excelente producto, se programan las porciones de comida y funciona a la perfección. Lo compraría de nuevo sin dudarlo! La cámara funciona genial también. Puedo ver a mi perrita mientras come, grabarle video, hablarle y hasta escucharla.

Summary: the app is nice but the feeder itself is built so poorly that any cat can get it to dispense food whenever they want. The good: the app on this feeder is really nice! Great cameras, portion size control, easy to schedule feedings but also really easy to do a manual food dispense. Overall really good. The only downside of the app is that you have to really mess with your internet configuration to get it to work. It only works on 2.4 GHz frequency - I had to learn all about this nonsense to get the app to work, but it was worth it.The bad: the physical feeder itself sucks. My cat can get food out of it easily. We've had to modify it a lot and she can still get food any time she wants. First, we had to cover up the button that dispenses food. Why would you put a huge button right in front that any cat can press?? We had to cover it with cardboard and tape, otherwise she can dispense food for herself! Second, we had to tape a barrier on top of the food bowl. Otherwise she can reach the little door that blocks the food, and she just opens it with her paw. Even with all of these modifications, all the she has to do is headbutt it a few times and food falls out.I have three cats, and two of them are really lazy and don't bother shaking the feeder. But my third cat is curious and energetic and she basically feeds herself all day long with this. It makes the product pretty useless since the point is to control feedings. If your cat(s) are all lazy, maybe try it, otherwise look for something sturdier.

Has been working great! I love the camera option! My cat is still a little freaked out when I talk to her through it. My only real issues are that I have no idea how much food is in the bowl, or any at all (set up a mirror in front of the feeder so I could see inside the bowl to fix this). And it doesn't seem to work with just the batteries in it. I know it's getting power because the light in front is red instead of green. When I have just the batteries, it tells me it's offline on the app, and I can't log into the device to do the feeding schedule.

This is a dream product! It is reliable, easy to clean, and gives me peace of mind while away from home! My cat took to it immediately! Love love love!! I only wish I had bought it sooner!

I received my Iseebee (cat) feeder today and decided to tackle setting it up. If you stick with it and learn from my mistakes, it is a great product. I believe the problem is the maker (Chinese) has some app issues, mostly because of the language barrier, so there are a couple of apps you need to use to get it running. It cost around $100 and is Alexa abled. The first thing you have to do, is download an app called Pet U New to your android; I assume it is the same for Apple phone. Register and log in; pick your product and the rest is fairly simple - just follow the instructions. Now set up the product itself - USB is on bottom at the back and IseeBiz has a VERY long power cord. The long cord is very helpful. Insert your batteries (from the bottom) and turn it on. The on/off switch is on the bottom as well. Connect it to your wifi the way you would normally connect a smart device to your wifi. Camera has a green glowing light in front. You can see you pet (or your face as a test) very well. I was very impressed with the quality of the video camera. Of course the camera is better if it has a little bit of light. You can talk to your cat, take video, photos, etc. To change portion settings, go to "Feed setting" and click on the "portion" and you can set for 1 - 9. I had to play around to figure out what my portions are. For me 7 portions is just over 1/8Cup. I feed my cat 2x/day. Change the time by clicking on the "time" and scroll until the time you want comes up. Mine is set for 9am and 4pm. I was frustrated that no "settings" just let me set the time and portions; you MUST cursor to the portion to set portion and time to set time (off the Feed Setting screen.)To get it to work with Alexa, you must go to skill section and find pet-u-feeder. Enable that skill and now you are set to use Alexa. She picked it up right away and runs perfect. There is a skill set named Iseebiz, but it did not work with Alexa; don't enable it because it will not work. It is very confusing because all the apps are named some different (for phone and Alexa) and none are named Iseebiz which is the product name. I was stumped for quite some time, but figured it out after some trial and error. I am glad I stuck with it because it works incredibly well and I am very happy with my purchase. Now I can voice control with Alexa to give some food manually and/or use the scheduled times/portions for my two cats. I have tested the feeder with one cat, who was a little spooked when he heard the food falling, but after a little coaxing - I put some cheese in the bowl (NOT DISPENSER) which is his favorite snack and he came right over to gobble that up and then ate some of his regular dry food. I am positive both cats will adjust, especially if they are hungry. I think they will get used to the "sound" of the food dropping - probably as soon as they hear it, they will run over to eat. The video camera is excellent and just with a little light left on, is extremely clear. Also, again, I loved the long cord (USB one end/elec cord the other end). Don't let the different apps confuse you. If you follow my directions, and you are at all used to hooking smart devices up, you will master this one. I have connected, smart door locks, lights, extensions, so this is exactly the same. It's choosing the correct apps to use that is confusing. I NEVER found an app called Iseebiz on my android's google play store. This drove me crazy until I used the Pet U New app. Worked like a charm. I highly recommend this smart device and hopefully it will make my life a lot easier! Good luck!

Great product easy to program. I bought 2 of those cause have 2 cats.Downside is: interface skill with Alexa is very bad developed... Instead of telling Alexa just to use one or another feeder, i have to tell Alexa to get in into feeder control first and then to use one or another feeder. But in general no worries, preset times and portion size when want to feed them and work pretty decent
