Really like that they are actually WIDE so the tabs stick out in my cookbook binder which is wider than a regular 3 ring. Not sure about durability yet - wish they were coated

Cet article correspond à mes attentes. Ils sont assez grands pour que je puisse voir les différentes sections dans mon cartable qui ont des feuilles protégées avec un plastique.

I love these extra-wide index tabs because you can use sheet protectors with them and the number tabs still show. I used it for a family cookbook and it works great! It’s very easy to use when you download the Avery template to print your index.

I print a lot of purse and sewing patterns and store them in a binder. The tabs make it easy to keep them organized and easy to find. The holes are reinforced so they will last a long time. Happy customer!

I bought these so I could find what I needed without even opening my folder, and it works great - the tabs are large and stick out from the binder. However, I realized later that it makes holding/carrying the binder difficult, because in a bag they will eventually get squished and bent, and carrying it in your arms isn't comfortable because the tabs scratch you. But that's my fault, not the product, which does everything it is meant to do. (Totally my bad, live and learn, lol)

I got these after stupidly realizing that regular dividers don’t work with sheet protectors! I’m pretty sure this isn’t the first time I have run into that issue and I’m sure I will forget this and try it again one day. But luckily Amazon prime to the rescue fixed my problem in 24 hours. These extra wide dividers came in great shape. They are sturdy, clean and now I can see them when using them with sheet protectors!

I use these in my binders and this particular set is great for those who put their papers in sheet protectors/folders/file pockets and then put them in the binder. They still extend further so you can see the tabs. If you use the regular size, they would get covered which defeats the purpose of the dividers.I like the fact that there is a main sheet where you can label your sections (I keep the original one and make copies of that and put that in my binder). You can use them over and over and they are very sturdy. However, you can also laminate the cover and use that over and over as well. There are many varieties of these dividers:- They have the 1-12, 1-31, A-Z as well.I hope that helps.

Like many others I was assembling a recipe binder with pages in clear sheet protecters when I realized that the dividers did not extend past the sheet protectors. A quick search on Amazon and I found these. They stick out past the paper protectors but unfortunately that means that sometimes they stick out of the binder a little bit. I suppose this cannot be helped, however, and the tabs seem sturdy enough to resist wear and tear. Please note, however, that it's only the tabs that are sturdy. The rest of the divider (the sheet part) is not made from laminated paper, although the holes are reinforced. The table of contents page is also printed on regular paper (not cardstock, although it does feel a little stronger than printer paper) but it's just a regular sized piece of paper so it stays inside the binder, meaning it should be fine, even without being on heavy duty paper. However, the holes are not reinforced, so you might want to be a little extra careful. The only downside to these dividers (and it might be just in my binder) is that I can't simply grab a divider and turn to that page with one hand. I need to use my other hand on the hole punched side of the dividers to keep them from getting caught on the rings. In other words, they don't "glide" as easily on the rings as other dividers do. All in all though it's what I was looking for and is perfect for if you use paper protecters in your binder. I even ordered a second set so I'll be prepared the next time I want to put something in a sheet protector.Edit: I've filled my binder up (with almost all the pages in paper protectors) and the dividers are now gliding smoothly along the rings. If you are planning on only putting a few papers in your binder you might have problems with the dividers, but you should be fine with several sheets of paper.

This product is exactly what I was hoping for! I've had such a hard time with regular dividers, because most don't extend out past your page protectors. Plus, you normally only get five or eight dividers in a set, which often isn't enough. This is a set of ten dividers! Instead of having blank tabs that you fill in yourself, each tab is numbered, one through ten. This might seem inconvenient, but they're color-coded, and it includes an index that you can use as a guide. Just run it through your printer to add the titles of each section and you'll have a handy, color-coded table of contents to stick in the front of your binder.I'm taking a class right now that's given me a large number of handouts and worksheets. The class, and therefore the worksheets, are divided into eleven or twelve sections, which was more than an ordinary set of dividers could handle. I ordered these, hoping they would be the solution---and I was right! (Granted, there's more worksheet sections than there are dividers, but it wasn't a problem to consolidate the last two lessons into one section.) Now I can easily flip to the section I need, and there are all my worksheets, right where they're supposed to be. It's really great. The tabs stick out past the page protectors, and their numbers match up with the class lessons, so everything is super organized and easy to find.I haven't printed the color-coded table of contents yet, but I haven't really needed it, since my class worksheets came with their own numbered index. That said, the last time I printed some shipping labels through Avery's website, it was super easy. You access a template, which lets you enter in your custom information, which it automatically lines up in the right place. You print a sample, just to make sure everything is in order, then stick your sheet into your printer, and voila! Color-coded index. Easy peasy. If I had to complain about something, it would be that the dividers seem a bit flimsy. The numbered tabs are reinforced, but the rest of the divider is just a thick sheet of paper. Not very sturdy. Since I'm gentle with my binders and worksheets, it shouldn't be a problem for me. But if you're rough with your things, you might want to pick a sturdier type of divider. Just depends on how you treat your binders and papers. Also, the numbered tabs stick out past page protectors, which means they'll probably stick out past the edge of your binder, but again, not a problem for me.I can't justify deducting a star for the flimsiness, since it isn't an issue for me. So, five stars and highly recommended! Great for organizing your binders. I especially love that it's color-coded, not just numbered. Makes it very easy to find what you're looking for.
