I ordered two rolls of this. Yes, one roll was exactly as ordered. The other, however, had been substituted for two 24"x1000' rolls without any communication with me about the substitution. It is not an acceptable substitute for my purposes and I will be returning those for a refund.

Very thin paper compared to the Boardwalk butcher paper roll I had bought prior to this one (see picture comparing papers). Because it's a thin paper I need to pull the paper from the dispenser a little at a time. If I pull fast it tears easy.In addition to the bad quality, the product arrived damaged. The plastic ends were broken (both) as well as paper roll (see pics), I didn't return the product because I needed a new roll urgent and the plastic ends I replaced from the old roll I had and even that it wasn't easy to replace the plastic end because the roll was smashed as you can see in the picture.

Product came smashed and bent so the paper does not roll off smoothly. Both plastic endcaps crushed. Improper packaging with no cushion to keep the paper roll from becoming distorted. Paper seems to be okay for what it is.

The plastic caps that hold the tube onto the dispenser came complete destroyed. We did not have the dispenser installed until weeks later so we had no idea these were needed at the time of delivery. Be aware they will probably come like that. It also had tares throughout the first few layers of paper.

Paper was good and shipping was fine. Although think twice before using it for art paper. Sharpies bleed through it.
