This product is advertised as having great compressive strength. Therefore it won't crack if the materials around it swell, for example a concrete footing as shown in the illustration. Note that it says "uncracked concrete". If the concrete has a crack it may soon have a bigger crack, because this material won't be the one to give and all pressure will be absorbed in the concrete.Compressive strength isn't the same as tensile strength. It may not be the best compound to use to glue something to a ceiling or the underside of a roof. But it is an epoxy, so its tensile and shear strength should be good too.It comes with a 1:1 dispenser gun, the ratio needed for this epoxy. The gun can be reused with other mixable compounds that also need a 1:1 ratio. The twin tube appears to seal to preserve the material for later use, but I cannot say how well it seals yet.

This is a great kit for both professionals and DIYers. The dispenser gun is well-built from high-quality materials and performs flawlessly. The epoxy flows and mixes perfectly through the nozzle, creating a consistent blend. Once cured, it forms a strong, plastic-like material that anchors securely and serves as an adhesive for various concrete and steel-related tasks. The 25:1 thrust ratio on the caulking gun provides plenty of power for smooth and even dispensing, even with the thicker consistency of epoxy. It’s easy to control, which helps prevent waste and ensures a clean application. The included replacement nozzle is a thoughtful addition, but it would be even better if the vendor provided a few extra mixing nozzles. For larger projects or extended use, having extra nozzles on hand would save time and prevent interruptions.Overall, this is a reliable, professional-grade kit that delivers excellent results for anchoring threaded rods, reinforcing bars, and other heavy-duty applications. It's well worth the investment for anyone working with concrete or steel.

I ordered this to help mount a large light post to a concrete pad. This is much heavier duty than a lot of similar products. The caulk gun makes it easier to work with and cuts down on making a mess. It works well and dries quickly, making it a great way to reuse and repair a previously used concrete pier. I'm impressed with my first use of it.
