They are great but can be better in the nose area. The holes it has are a bit to big and let's in cold air. Also they tend to be a little tight around the neck area. They are flexible and soft.

This is nice and large and fits fairly well. I wanted something that'd fit under and help cover my face, like say with helmets for example. Yes, balaclavas would work for that, but more often than not they fog up my glasses and this at least gives me SOME cover to prevent that.

Took a while to get but once I received the item i was pretty impressed with the quality. The mouth part has more of a mesh style while the rest is actually pretty well sized. It fits a tiny bit loose, but if you take the rear neck part and wrap it over the back of your head like a proper balaclava it fits nice and snug. Otherwise it does fall off the face a little bit if not secured.

As someone who needs to wear glasses all the time it can be a challenge to be able to not only keep your face warm in winter but also NOt have your glasses fog. With the open mesh front this balaclava seems to do the trick. I have a smallish head so I can’t just wear it as a neck scarve. I have to fold the base back up to across the top of my head. Which is fine for me but I wanted to make sure to point it out. Only done a couple hikes with it but so far I am very happy

Fits well and I can actually breathe unlike some neck gators that leave me out of breath
