Good looking product but had a chrome "bubble" on its underside. Since it is unseen from above, we just had the plumber install it rather than having to reschedule the plumber if we wait for an exchange. Sturdy product, but sloppy manufacturing.

Beautiful elegant heavy piece. Unfortunately I need a 9 inch spout. Bought another from this company.

Easy to install. Looks beautiful in a retrofit bathroom giving it a little modern flair. The flow is excellent and gentle. The finish is excellent and no water stains.

On the outside, this spout looks great! It is solid, study, and heavy - not some cheap plastic junk. The bends and seams in the steel are very well done, and nicely rounded and polished. The chrome finish is like a mirror, all around. The water coming out is not as smooth or flat as some high end fan spouth, but it's still pretty uniform, and still gives the cool, out of the ordinary effect. This is a great piece of hardware. I think they could have done a better job on the inside of it, but I am impressed by the quality of the materials, the workmanship, and the look of it.

I was hesitant to buy this because the description wasn’t great, but I’m glad I did! I love the way it looks. It’s important to know that this unit does not have a diverter, so you have to make sure you get the correct trim kit.

Where to start? The pros: it looks good and has substantial mass. The bad: it can't be assembled! It uses an adapter to attach to a 1/2 npt threaded pipe, presumably so they could attach the same body to various pipe threads. The problem is that the adapter is garbage. It's round and has no place to grab with tools, so you can't tighten it onto a pipe thread. It attaches to the body with a tiny setscrew that can't take any torque. And, hilariously, the adapter is too shallow; the nipple from the body and the threads of the pipe hit each other in the middle, leaving a larger than 1/8" gap between the body and the adapter. And then the setscrew sits over a washer and cuts into it when you tighten it, leading to a leak.Just utter trash. Avoid.
