I love this item. It is perfect for what I need. We started making fresh sausages and it is perfect to use for hanging sausages to dry. Perfect. perfect perfect. It is well made and solid wood.

Going to be smoking our own bacon so this is perfect for keeping the bacon crispy once fried as it lets it drain downward rather than only on one side on a drip tray. Comes with liners to minimize mess in tray. Seems simple to set up.

This seems to be a new trend at restaurants to display your bacon appetizer hanging from hooks - and this set will let you bring this same look to your next dinner party! The set assembles quite easily (contains everything you need). Then once you have your bacon ready (I recommend a thicker cut bacon, and then something like maple syrup or sugar on it to get that slightly crispy, yet chewy middle bacon) - the bacon hangs on the "lines" with included clips. The clips are very sturdy and will hold whatever size bacon you decide on. The nice part of this setup is you can use just one or two lines if you don't want to serve a large amount. The set makes it easy to display as you'd like. Th eset also includes a stack of drip paper - since the unit is wood, you line the bottom with a sheet to catch any drippings that might happen, which helps making for easy cleanup.

I love bacon! I mean, I REALLY love bacon! My wife got this for us, because we entertain a lot, and we are experimenting with candied bacon as an appetizer. This is a great way to display your wares!

Great product. Quality material, really like the bamboo they use, makes it feel really premium. Easy to assemble and construction is really well and stable. Easy to clean. It really elevate my display for my bacon.
