A great way to keep your appetizers chilled

This serving tray set comes in very handy when serving any food that should be kept cold during a cocktail party or buffet. The bottom portion holds quite a bit of ice, which will keep the food on the upper stainless steel tray cold for hours. The only negative I can see (and it’s very minor) is that the top tray doesn’t sit perfectly in the bottom portion, so I suggest holding both trays as a unit when moving it around. In normal use this won’t be an issue as only the host/hostess will be setting it up. All in all, this will come in very handy, especially when the warmer weather moves in.
