The size was good, but in just a month the handle started catching and won't go up or down. Missed the return date by 4 days.

I could give 5 stars except:1- Needs a side strap to hold tight otherwise it'll bust the zipper.2- Not well balanced and leans forward3- Handle is cheap and stopped working

I travel a lot for work. I wanted a bag that could fit all my essentials, yet still be light and portable. This bag checks all the boxes. It’s HUGE. There’s so much room for storage, and so many pockets. It also has water bottle pockets, which I’d never even thought to consider. Plus, it’s relatively inexpensive. I can’t say much about its durability or performance yet since I just unboxed it, but I’ll come back to update this review once I do.UPDATE: I’m still in love with this bag, but I had to take one star off because the wheels are already worn down after 2 or so months of use. This is heartbreaking because I really love this bag.

Excellent design for laptop and other essentials for the traveling business person. Plenty of room for tablets, paperwork, and a large compartment for overnight travel essentials, toiletries, clothing, etc. My only concern is the handle is a little bit short for my six foot height. To keep the wheels rolling, I need to bend over a little to prevent the stationary feet from dragging on the ground.

Initially, I appreciated the capacity of the nylon case. There are a lot of pockets, it's easy to use, zippers are good, I didn't even use the additional lock. It seemed at worse that the side flap pockets, while useful, were easy to trip on. However, the thing that made this a one start is the wheels are down to nubs. One bystander commented that "it sounds like a diesel engine!" I get looks everywhere I go since it's nearly worse than when my catalytic converter was stolen (you will bust your eardrum if you look it up). I am just going on city sidewalks and concrete - not sure why the wheels of my 20 year old roller bag luggage lasted longer...

Bought a rolling 17.3 laptop bag that I though had all the bells and whistles I was looking for, but when I received it, it was missing the back strap to put on a larger case extension handles. Ugh I used it for a year and it worked fine but I could only really use one carry-on because I had to roll this one independently. So alas comes this Gem. Why is it so hard to find something like this? I haven't used it yet but first thing I notice is my 17.3 laptop actually fits with room to spare in this one. My last one the zipper was strained around the extra 3/4in cooling extension on my laptop. This one doesn't have as much organization for files but that's not what I want it for my use. This one is perfect for me as I travel at least half of the year for weeks to months away. So I need a way to travel with my laptop and it's heavy 220W power brick. And can easily open up to be an overnight bag as well.
