I use this at my standing desk instead of a treadmill. It definitely has been working.

Having dealt with a bone spur on the back of my heel, I've learned firsthand how challenging it can be to manage this condition without resorting to surgery. A key element of my strategy has been to stretch the Achilles tendon to prevent the spur from worsening. While traditional stretches like dropping my heels off a stair step often left me in pain, I discovered a much more effective tool during my physical therapy sessions: a rocker board. At first, I was skeptical, but the moment my therapist put me on his rocker board, I realized it was exactly what I needed. Unlike other methods, the rocker board provided a great stretch without any subsequent pain. You can rock both forwards and backwards, which helps in stretching the tendon evenly. I do recommend ensuring you have something to hold on to for stability—like kitchen counters—while using it.Physical therapy sessions are limited, so having the same type of rocker board at home has been invaluable for maintaining my stretching routine. The price was very reasonable, allowing me to replicate my PT exercises effectively at home. Before finding this board, I tried another option that focused more on side-to-side balance rather than the forward-backward motion crucial for stretching the Achilles. That one didn’t meet my needs, but the square-shaped rocker board matched the stretch I experienced at PT perfectly. For anyone dealing with heel spurs or wanting to prevent them, I highly recommend this rocker board. It could potentially help you avoid serious surgery, and even if you don’t have heel spurs, it's a great tool for general stretching and foot health maintenance. A worthy addition to anyone’s home exercise equipment!

The wobble side is wide enough for an adult to stand on and practice balancing or using for calf stretching, the arched side feels so good for the back stretching. I like that it has grippy surface so you can stand on it with socks or shoes and not slip off. Easy to move around, not heavy, but also is very durable and good value. My kids have fun with it too.

I really like this board. It is helping me with balance control and seems to be helping my lower leg pains. Stretches my lower leg muscles, I'm not getting as many leg cramps as I was before.

I live part of the year in a very hilly Andean region where the only level ground is inside buildings so steps are encountered everywhere and sometimes the height between steps isn't consistent so in entering my 80th decade good balance is very important. I've placed this board in front of glass doors leading to a 12th story balcony with an impressive view and have the back four-step stool in front for something to grab hold of just in case. I set a timer for music or an audiobook on my phone and that lets me extend the time on the board as my balance improves.

It works well for my daughter when she uses it for some of her PT workouts. I do not like the back stretcher side. It just hurts my back more.
