This is a great set of bands for improving strength, speed, & muscle memory. Quality rubber or whatever they're made of with good strength. There's a good number of bands so you can gradually and safely move to a tighter tension.

For my son's physical training, I bought him a pair of baseball and softball catcher resistance training belts. With this training belt, my husband was very interested in accompanying my son to practice softball in my backyard. This training belt can not only improve my son's standard playing skills, but also provide protection for children. I am not very proficient in playing softball and baseball, and my husband said that it is necessary to use a special training belt for playing softball. In the process of using it, I really feel the benefits of it. The resistance band makes me push harder every time I catch a ball, which is a great way to build strength in my arms and wrists. I was having a hard time throwing from third to first. Now with this, I can throw farther. The kit is full of items, whether I'm practicing at home or outdoors, this comprehensive set will meet my needs. However, even though it contains multiple parts and components, it is still very easy to store and carry. I've been using them continuously for a month or so and they are beginning to fray a bit where they rub on the carabiner, but it only effects the aesthetics, not their effectiveness. At this price, if they wear out, I can buy another set.
