This Training kit is an excellent tool for pitchers and softball players. They can build arm strength and improve throwing. The arm bands are great for warm-ups and training sessions. It's super easy to use and its helped my daughter who plays softball.

It is vey useful product, now I almost use it very day. It is very convenient to carry with the bag provided. The brand is easy either inside the house hanging on the top of the door or outside hanging on the metal fence. I suffer back stiffness and pain. This resistance training band is very helpful for me to stretch my back muscle. It is the most valuable product I purchased so far. I love it.

These are resistance bands, not some specialized softball, baseball, or football training tools. That said, they do the job well and have what I would consider "medium" resistance (the 30-lb set). I like the wrist bands, and fasten the straps to a door knob when indoors, to a fence (as they show in pictures and videos) when outdoors.Recommended. If bought again, would buy the set with three different resistance bands for only 1/3 increase in price.

Great amount of resistance. Worked well and was perfect for helping to strengthen my arm muscles. Easy to use and would work in pretty much any space. Especially like that it's portable, so you can bring it wherever you need to set it up.
