At first this product is great, works like it supposed to and the case is great. But here I am less than 5 months later and it shows that it’s charging, which I do separately from my phone and it’s not actually charging or holding a charge. And I’ve swapped cords and still issues. Do you think I can return it? No. Do you think I can exchange it? No. Do you think I could get anywhere with Amazon or figure out how to contact the seller? The answer is still no. And this whole process has made me not only never want to buy from Amazon again but online in general.

I used this product for when I travel by airplane and do not have ability to charge phone. It does not give your phone even one full charge. I am disappointed that I have had less than two months and it has never charged my phone more than half even when not being used. If you want to use while charging it will not last even a few hours.

I owned a battery charger before that lasted a number of years. However it was very heavy. This one is lighter than my previous one and still lasts a long time before recharging. I would keep buying this product to keep my phone charged at all times. Important for people who need phone uptime and people who are on-call overnight.
