this product is unusable for many ways junk. I have used many brands and this the only one to be useless.

These are useless. They are not designed for 1/4" tubing. Unfortunately, I can not return them as I bought them in January, well ahead of the time we would need them.

the barb fittings are 80 thou too large and make fitting impossible

These fit perfectly on 1/4 drip tubing and they get the job done. High quality, debatable, but for the price and qty, you will probably have replacements left over even though I have had none fail in the past two years. For reference, 90+ degree summers and sub zero winters.

The emitters do the job attaching the one/4 drip irrigation hoses are very difficult. Pliers are needed.

These do not fit the 1/4 drip tubes that they are meant for! Do not buy this junk.I can't believe the maker of these didn't actually try to put them on the tube. I'll be looking for the name brand only to replace it, Rain Bird, Orbit etc.
