About this item

  • [FITMENT] 2015 - 2024 Ford Transit Long Wheel Base Ext - 148" Wb W/ Extended Body
  • Durable TPO rubber construction. Resistant to gas, oil, chemicals, bleach, and battery acid while being completely waterproof
  • Anti-skid rubber surface
  • The 1/4" molded foam backing, die-cut for clean, finished edges
  • Made in the USA

With its custom foam backing the VanTred provides a rugged work surface. Not only will it protect your van, it will provide impact and cargo protection and act as a heat and noise insulator. Your cargo won't slide around and the tough material stands up to water (it won't mold or mildew) stains and even harsh chemicals. The van cargo liner features a ribbed foam backing that fits the contours of your van's floor-ensuring smooth looks and added cushion. Die cut to fit your specific make and model, this cargo mat looks great and fits like a glove, creating a void-free surface without damaging your van. Just clean it with a hose, power washer or vacuum and your VanTred is good as new.

Used as the first layer of flooring for our camper build. We tested many adhesives and found 3M 90 to work the best. Only complaint is that the rib cutouts aren’t perfect. One rib wasn’t cutout, which would have led to an uneven floor if we didn’t catch it

Fit very well. Product was excellent. Only issue I ran into was having to trim around AC fan housing. Not all vans will have this. Also since it arrived rolled up. A few minutes spread out in sunlight works wonders to flatten.

We picked one up for our 2023 Ford Transit Extended length. It initial looked like a nice fit. Once we walked on it we found that there were a few low spots where the grooves did not line up with the ridges of the van floor. As we walked across it there would be squeaking sounds, I suspect this is due to the texture on the bottom of the Bedrug and the metal of the van. We tried putting a thin plastic sheet to maybe reduce the rub but only helped a little. Our initial plan came from a DIY website that were going to use as a subfloor instead of insulation. we tried putting down a 4X8 plywood to see if the weight distribution would fix the squeaking. Once again it helped some but not enough in our opinion. As a floor upgrade from just metal for a van used for cargo, yeah, I see it as a great solution. For a Van build not so much. Definitely cheaper than insulating. Maybe if you glue it to the floor, you could stop the squeaking and use it as a sub floor..?? maybe. So not a bad product. good material, good fit that almost worked for us.

The material is like a hard styrofoam material. It may be good for insulation and noise and pre-cut is a great idea… just wish there was carpet on top.

Wanted flooring that would be level and a bit of give to it. I didn’t want to go the plywood/rubber mat route. Took a chance on this and I’m highly impressed and quite pleased with it. Solid yet comfortable. Has plenty of grip. Seems like it will wear very well. Only time will tell though. A little on the pricey side but well worth the investment. As an added bonus, road noise and heat have diminished greatly.

Fit perfect, reduces noise, and keeps things from sliding around.

I'm pretty happy with this. It's comfortable enough on the feet that I may just leave it as the floor for my camper. It's not the prettiest finish, but it saves weight and standing height. If I do decide to install a subfloor, I think this will be a good insulating layer underneath.I had to make one cut for my van; the column next to the sliding door was too big for the cutout in the floor so I had to expand it. Maybe it got bigger in recent models. Anyway it was pretty easy to do with a utility knife.

I tripped check my vehicle wheel base before ordering and even entered the vehicle on Amazon to make sure I was getting the right size. I received the wrong one. Luckily for me it was longer than what I needed. But I had to spend a good half an hour cutting it off.
