About this item

  • FOR FINISHED OR UNFINISHED WOOD SURFACES – Touch of Beeswax Wood Preserver can be used on both finished and unfinished wood surfaces. We recommend using 0000 steel wool when cleaning and preserving most wood projects. However, do not use steel wool on high gloss finishes like cherry or mahogany, or on black lacquer finishes. Use Touch of Beeswax after using Touch of Oranges Wood Cleaner.
  • USE ON FLOORS, CABINETS, AND FURNITURE – Touch of Beeswax can be used on all kinds of wood surfaces. Use it as a conditioner for your hardwood floors. Use it to restore and protect your kitchen cabinets and other wooden cabinets. You can also use it to preserve wooden furniture. This product will reveal the natural beauty of the wood surfaces around your house.
  • RESTORE ANTIQUE FURNITURE – Touch of Beeswax Wood Preserver can even be used on antique woods. Our unique preserving solution will recondition tired and faded wood surfaces, restoring their original beauty. It penetrates directly into the wood to revitalize sun damaged and water damaged surfaces, leaving a lustrous, polished shine. This is the kind of shine that antique dealers dream of.
  • WITH NATURAL ORANGE OIL – Orange oil is one of the best natural cleaning agents. We use it in our Touch of Oranges Wood Cleaner, and it works wonders in our Touch of Beeswax Wood Preserver as well. Orange oil is a safe alternative to the toxic, harsh chemicals that are found in many other wood cleaners and polishes. It’s safe to use around children and pets, and it’s easy on your hands.
  • WOOD FLOOR SCRATCH REPAIR– If you let the Touch of Beeswax Wood Preserver set and dry overnight it will penetrate up to a quarter inch into the wood surface. This will prevent the wood from drying and cracking. Especially dry or damaged wood surfaces may need multiple coats of the product. This wood preserver contains beeswax orange oil and carnauba wax.

Product Description

  • Beeswax Wood Polish is a natural wood polish and finish formulated to replace chemical-based wood polishes and finish like varnish. It is used to feed and protect wood surfaces, giving it a protective coating in the surface and at the same time lack in moisture. A beeswax wood finish lacks in moisture to the wood to prevent it from drying and cracking. It also provides a more natural finish and generally food-safe due to its natural composition.

  • Beeswax Wood Polish is made from - as the name says it - beeswax. What is a beeswax? It is a wax produced by honey bees made from the honeycomb. The bees use it to build honey storage inside the hive. When beekeepers harvest the honey, they separate the frames with honey. Each honey cell has a wax cap that the beekeepers remove to release the honey. These wax cappings are then separated and will later on be processed to become the beeswax.

This stuff is great!!! Used another product first. Helped a little. Decided to try this one. It’s like magic. The house we bought has lots of wood. It was dry and splintery. It now has shiny and clean wood. With a new feel and more durability. Some places took more than one coat. All I can say is wow. Picture shows with and without. Big difference

Smells great, easy to apply. It's difficult to get out of container because it is thick, not liquid.

We inherited a dining room table and chairs set from my Grandfather-In-Law a few years back, and I can't say that I diligently always polished it. Between having all meals at the table and two kids under 10 years old, the table has taken quite a bit of roughness. The wood looked dull and faded, and it made me think about ways to bring the dining room table back to looking its best.I read about Beeswax Furniture Cleaner and Polish on Buzzfeed and decided I needed to try it. If only to make everything look less dull and more refreshed. I first tested Beeswax Furniture Polish on some cabinets in my kitchen. The lower cabinets are notorious for having water spots, gunk, spills, you name it on the exterior wood, and I figured if anything could show me if the product was worthwhile, it was the cabinets. In the first picture, on the left cabinet, I hadn't yet cleaned or treated it with the polish, it overall looks dull and dirty, the cabinet door to the right has a deep lustrous shine. The smell of the product was nice too, it didn't smell like a terrible combination of chemicals. I will say that the Orange scent was a bit strong after application, but it does fade after an hour or so.I've attached the dining room table that I used the table and polish on, and a side table that I also cleaned at the same time. I think that this product made everything look amazing, and I continue to plan ordering more when we run out! This polish is amazing!

I Love this Touch of Orange Beeswax polish and conditioner! I have several antique pieces and am always looking for something to restore the beautiful wood. I'm not looking for perfection as some of these pieces are 100 years old but I do like seeing that wood drink in when it is really dry and thirsty. Anything to preserve. I liked the fact that you could let it sit overnight or a couple of hours which made a huge difference. LOVED the results! Beautiful finish and no longer dry looking. Really liked the scent...orange...my favorite. Excellent value. Easy to use and I don't have to keep polishing my furniture every day. Last a long time. I like anything that saves me time and energy. Worked beautifully on the rest of my furniture also. Kitchen cabinets look amazing!

I have purchased this product more than once. I used it initially in my home on my Bathroom and kitchen cabinettes. These are 15 or so yrs old and have kept a fresh gleen and their original color. NO fading nor cracking of the grain. I only treat them every 6 months or so. More recently my daughter purchased a 32 yr old home in the northeast with tons of woods through out. I purchased this to help "restore" the moisture to the woods, esp the baseboards, doors and window frames. There were already noted signs of drying out/shrinking as the moisture in the wood had disappeared. They were dull and very dry but after applying this product they were greatly improved. There is now a sheen and the wood looks "plumper" for a better word. The wood has an improved color too. Initially the wood will look "greasy" but will penetrate/soak in after a few days or so. I did reapply it to the wood in the 32 yr old home and that made a significant differance as well in the final look. I will continue to buy this product. Do shake the bottle well before using it since it seems to separate out somewhat.

Excellent product. Used on 140 year old piano, brought out beautiful red tone I hadn't seen in years. Smells great. Small dabs go a long way. Only missed that last star because it has chunky bits that were weird. Was probably bees wax because it disappeared after rubbing it around. But was a pain around the intricate scrollwork. I will probably buy this again!
