The chain is great. The breaker is a budget breaker, but it’s also priced well. Did the job no complaints.

Used the tool to push out pin with ease and installed master. Plenty of extra chain and more master links for another same to length if needed in the future.

This chain breaker words reasonably well on 420 chain, but it is very awkward to use. If the chain is off of the bike and you can put it in a vise to hold it steady it works ok, but if you are using it to break the chain on a bike--good luck. If you have never used this type of chain breaker before you need to understand how to use it or you will bend the pin adjustment handle. I would recommend that you not try to apply too much force with the center pin, but instead use the wrench adjustable pin sleeve to apply the actual pushing force. Then back the sleeve off and drop the pin slightly and tighten the sleeve again. It is no something to get impatient with or you will get frustrated. I do like that it pushes the pin completely through but if you are accustomed to a different design you will likely struggle.

Used this 420 chain for my older track drive snow blower. The chains were jumping on the sprockets due to stretch. I had to separate the chain into sections as the chains on the blower were shorter. The chain breaker did its job, but I did grind one end of the rivet down to ease pushing the shaft through the chain and it worked easily. Realistically this set is hard to beat at this price including the breaker. Breaker is much stouter than any I have had in the past.
