I originally ordered 2 sets for 2 different bikes. I hooked the first one up and it worked great. Was surprised on how bright they are. Unfortunately the second one had a switch issue. I notified Amazon of the return and also wanted to be sent out another one. They e-mailed me a return slip and instantly sent me another one which I received in 2 days and it works perfectly. I’m very happy with the results even with exchanging one of them for another.

Just bought two sets for my kid's bikes. They look like the modern version of what I had when I was a kid on my bike. Not something I would buy for an serious adult biker, but it works well as a signal like at night. The rear light especially can be seen from far away. The front light is bright enough to be seen, but not really bright enough to see the road clearly. Especially if you mount it high up on adult handle bars. Kid bike handle bars are much lower to the ground, so you get more illumination.Easy to mount, not sure how you could have a problem mounting these unless you are not mechanical in any way. The front light does not seem as sturdy as the rear light, but consider the price. They have a quick disconnect which is a nice feature, but I think the little plastic clip that holds it on there could break easily. So far so good, and the kids like using them as flash lights off the bike.My wife wants one, but I think I will buy her something nicer.

Good light to be seen by other people/cars. Flashing feature can be seen for a block or more. Light is not going to light up your path very well cause it is not bright enough but I use it for the flashing feature which works great. Mounts easy enough and aaa batteries last a long time. Have not changed batteries in at least 20 hours of use. That is another thing I like that batteries last awhile on flashing. I have 2 headlights, this one for flashing feature so other people/cars notice me and another one which is a little brighter when I need to see my path in front of me. Tailight works well and is bright enough to be noticed a good distance from behind. Good light and great price and very good customer service.

I bought this set to replace a headlight I previously had. The set is relatively easy to install and the lights seem bright enough. The headlight is definitely not as bright as the one I previously had (but that one was $40 and I wasn't willing to spend as much); nevertheless, it does provide enough light, so that you can see the path in front of you and are visible to vehicles. I rarely use the tail light but that one is bright too. Both seemed to last as my previous headlight, i.e. I haven't noticed the problem some customers reported that they drain the batteries quickly.

Great product. Its not overly powerful, but I also live in a pretty lit area except for a few dark patches here and there. I purchased as a precaution just in case we went out for a ride too late and didn't beat the sun home. I just wanted to make sure cars could see me. Does a good job at illuminating the path at night and the different settings gives me a piece of mind to be able to know that my husband is behind me. I usually ride in front and he likes the strobe function. I ordered two and one light wouldn't sit securely in the mount. It would slide right out with no resistance. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me out a replacement. I wanted to try it out a few times before leaving a review and gladly I was not disappointed.

This is AWESOME ! They are both super bright and very cheap. Best light for a bike I have ever had."Headlight"is easy to install and it is very bright, I like the feature that you can remove the headlight from your bike handle and leave the mount on your bike handle and you can just put it back with a simple click on."Taillight"Is really bright and has several modes, I personally use the blinkingMode, You can also adjust the taillight to shine on the floor as well.Now I feel safe driving my bike at night.Overall I highly recommend this to Friends and family.

Within 30 seconds of my first ride with this headlight, it fell off. The headlight is removable from the assembly that attaches to the handlebars. The clip wouldn't "click" in no matter how hard I pushed it. I used a lighter to heat up the plastic clip and bend it out, Now I hear an audible click when I attach the light to the bracket and after 3 very tame rides, it seems like it'll stay. Nice taillight and actually a nice, very bright headlight but I have to take 2 stars away for a bad mount design. Maybe I got a lemon. Or the Chinese citrus equivalent. I don't see why it needs to be removable anyway. If the lighter trick didn't work, I wouldve permanently attached the light to the base and i'd've been happy.UPDATE: Samlite contacted me and made things right. Products are faulty from time to time, things happen, but this company showed me they care. Excellent customer service earned back the two stars I took. I would buy from them again.
