I tried stretching it but there was no hope. Finally it broke. It’s long enough to fit about halfway around my wheel, even though the packaging says it’s for a 700c wheel. Not even close.

This broke before it got on the rim. I let it sit in the sun so it would stretch easier but it didn't help.

Very skeptical to buy bc I'm a beginner when it comes to MTN bike repairs. I wanna make sure what I buy is what I need. Bc no one likes to have to go through the return process. But these were well described and fit what I needed them for. I suggest these if you need them. Bc the fit and look good too. Also very easy to install
