Bore kit had great fitment and the Tao Tao ran like a champ. It was pretty peppy! The new owner was super happy with it when I sold it.

Really made scooter go from 25 mph to about 45 mph also had to change carburetor. But really amp up the speed

This bore kit is very easy to install, I think the 80cc bore kit is a great addition to any 50cc scooter that can handle it. Super fast shipping and a great price, just follow the break in rules and you'll be golden, there is also a really good step by step video about an hour-long to hour 20- but he is spot on!!!

I purchased this kit for my father-in-law’s moped. The install was pretty easy if you know your way around an engine.He has been using it for about two months writing 15 miles every day. It’s still going strong.

The kit happened to fit a Jn1p39qmb model crankcase, long case if that means anything to anyone.I didn't have a dial indicator, but I converted the math from inches. This is a 47 mm bore apparently. The sleeve on the jug measured out just about two inches which is practically 50 mm.The piston itself looks small, you might overreact at first, just stay calm and trust my review. 47 mm is practically a 72cc kit.When we placed the new piston on top of the original it made the original look like a 27cc. Literally a piston from a weed whacker. Nice feeling.The crankcase scared me, the bore where the sleeve goes was practically tight. Anything slightly bigger probably would of required a port and polish to the crankcase.There was no failures related to the kit itself. Just time consuming as it was a learning process as getting taught.We ran into one issue.. It was almost as if the camshaft was way too huge making the timing chain one to two links small oddly. Sadly it hit one am and we really wanted to finish that part so we allowed just a little force in the method of putting on a bicycle chain, worst mistake, broke a link on the timing chain and needed to order a new one. We are not sure why it seemed to shorten, we even removed the tensioner, odd but we lacked sleep from work.. Nothing related to the kit just things happen..Do not rush the kit, yes we failed as when we realized what time it was and that we were just about to be done we attempted to race that part just so the job would be done to where we would be in the reassembly faze.If it'll let me update my review I'll mention the speed difference after the breakin :).
