Very well constructed. It spins freely. Unlike others you have to twist and shape, its easy to assemble and provides endless entertainmentand requires only a slight breeze. This is rugged and well worth the money.

Chime is beautiful with vibrant colours. We hung it from our apple tree in the backyard and it spins easily with only a little wind. Delivery was on time the next day as promised.

We're very happy with how this outdoor decorative spinner looks and how well it works. We saw the many reviews here noting that it might not spin well without futzing with it a bit, but maybe the manufacturer finally took care of that because right out of the box ours spins freely with the slightest breeze.We picked this spinner over the more spherical ones with the shimmering effect, despite how much we like those, because this one had no risk of us breaking it during assembly. All of its components and paint appear to be of good quality, and it looks really good both up close and at a distance.
